Sound Bath & Meditation Experiences
I can travel to your space and provide a specialized experience with sound, meditation, and coaching for you (or your chosen group). We will discuss the length of time and which elements of my services you want to incorporate. The standard offering includes: journaling, sound bath (crystal singing bowls, gong, chimes, rain stick), a guided meditation tailored to your needs, silence, and discussion/coaching.
